Shipping & Costs

Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after they're placed.

Shipping to countries in the EU is offered and the cost is calculated at check-out based on the size and weight of the order.

Postcards, stickers and pins are sent through letter mail and are not tracked. Orders with T-shirts and tote bags are shipped with parcel tracking.

Below is an overview of which countries we ship to and the shipping cost range:

The Netherlands: €1.99 - €6.95

Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Luxembourg, Spain, Switzerland, Sweden: €3.30 - €10.00

Rest of EU: €3.30 - €13.00

Returns & Issues

Within 14 days after delivery you can initiate a return by sending an e-mail to info@studiozollie.com.

If there is a problem with the goods, please contact me at info@studiozollie.com so we can resolve the issue as soon as possible.
